For season 2007/08 Steve Baverstock assumed responsibility for the first team with coaching assistance from Paul Ford. Unfortunately Steve left the team midway through the season and the responsibility fell to Paul. At the end of that season, Paul decided to step down from being the 1st team manager.

First Team The season 2008/09 began with Andrew Ford taking over the 1st team coach role, clearly the responsibilities were too great for one man, and so Four Marks contacted former FMFC, Whitchurch United & Petersfield Town player Darren Ford. The outcome of the dialogue resulted in Darren Ford taking over 1st team responsibilities from the middle of January 2009.

Immediately he began the process of building a solid support team around the players and installed Ian Cook as first team coach and Vic Harry as club trainer.
