30/05/07 - EGM scheduled for 6th June

Following Vic’s resignation the club have called a EGM for the 6th June at the club house at 7.30 pm

29/05/07 - Vic has resigned; new manager required

Vic Harry has resigned from his first team duties so can anyone wishing to apply for the 1st team managers job contact Brian Ford on 07778779394, or John Smith on his mobile (See contacts page).

Pre-season training has been put back to the 5th june because of this.

15/05/07 - Vets hammer Ropley 5-1 at the Rec

The Vets won convincingly at home on Sunday, beating Ropley 5-1. Scorers were A.Warburton (2), A.Barclay, D Bye and an own goal.

09/05/07 - NEWS FROM VIC!

We finished the league in a respectable 3rd place, which is good for our first season in the league. The goal I am setting the lads this season (2007 / 2008) is to win the Hampshire League 2004.

Pre season training will start on Saturday 2nd June, we will be training twice a week Saturday's (@ Four Marks) and Tuesday's (@ Aldershot possibly).

Pre season friendly games will start in early July ready for the league to start in August.

I am away from 23rd June - 1st July as i am in Wales do the UEFA "A" Licence.

Also on Saturday 7th July I am holding a trials day for the Hampshire League 2004 Rep team, as I have to put a squad together to play the Dorset League in September (the winner of the Non League Systems Cup will represent England in the UEFA Regions Cup).

Last thing the Hampshire League has been reduced to 14 teams, 5 have left and 3 have come in.
